Training Details:
A combination of live on-site training integrated with development resources and management software crafted specifically for each program allows for programming and delivery to be tailored to the needs of the organization.
Basic Training consists of 16 Modules approximating 12 hours of combined instruction and reflective work followed by a 90 Day Reflection Cycle and on-demand repetition of the Training Modules. Basic Training enhances decision making by inspiring and compelling us to align ourselves to specific beliefs and behaviors causing information to be filtered, processed, and applied most effectively. Alignment leads to the work that matters most and prepares us to do it best. Heightened awareness and improved effectiveness keeps pushing decision making further and further ahead of the ever accelerating rate of change.
Advanced Training consists of 4 additional Modules approximating 16 hours of combined instruction and reflective work integrating the Intuitive Development Process learned in Basic Training with Team Building, Leadership, and Conflict Resolution. Mediation and Negotiation tactics are taught and demonstrated. Deeper commitment to and understanding for how to build consensus, inspire, and earn the trust and support of others is developed.
The management software facilitates application of a continuous improvement protocol identifying immediate opportunities for improving team performance and tracking progress towards their resolution. Management specific dashboards track competitive state at the individual, team, group, and organizational level based on Intuitive Potential. Intuitive Potential represents the probability that the awareness and ability necessary to outperform by anticipating and fulfilling customer, team, and organizational needs exists.
